SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training offers Par 4 Fitness members a unique experience to work with a maximum of 6 other golfers of same skill levels. Small group settings offer the luxury of working with us more throughout the week, which ensures you see better results FASTER! All of our small group training sessions follow our Function Strengthen Perform model.

PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training is available at our Par 4 Fitness facility or we can schedule a 2-on-1 session with your golf professional. This is an amazing experience that is usually only reserved for professional golfers. This session is ideal to create a team around YOU. Par 4 Fitness will communicate your physical needs and programming while your golf professional/swing coach will create plan custom to you. Each person is unique so we want to make sure you can create a golf swing that you can enjoy for years to come!
