FUNCTION
Function is all about allowing you to move better. In this stage of our programming, we focus on obtaining range of motion, where mobility is needed. Then, we focus on gaining control of your newly established ranges of motion. The goal is to foolproof your workouts in order to maintain your longevity, feel better, and perform better. Improving function is an ideal place to start for new exercisers, post-rehab patients, and professional golfers. This allows you to become more familiar with Par 4 Fitness’ soft tissue techniques, stretches, body weight and band exercises, how to warm-up and cool down properly, yoga, and much more.


STRENGTHEN
Strengthen is geared towards creating a strong body for golf. We will continue to build upon the foundation created in the Function stage of training. Golf places unique demands on the body and we want to make sure you’re ready to handle those needs. You will learn progressions and regressions of exercises that are required to perform your best. This is also an ideal stage to gain lean mass or help to redistribute strength as needed. At Par 4 Fitness, we recognize that each golfer is an individual with specific needs. Our job is to make your body more resilient to injury as well as help you perform better on/off the golf course.
PERFORM
Perform has one goal in mind: Help you shoot the lowest score as possible! This stage is all about agility, speed, power, and distance. This is our pinnacle of training, which is only done after you build a solid foundation in Function and Strengthen. You cannot build speed on top of dysfunction. In this phase, we make sure you have eliminated threats of dysfunctional movement patterns and are ready to move forward in your training. In this stage, you will become familiar with SuperSpeed training, shuttle, safe plyometrics, and agility training. We can allow you to Perform at any age!
